Rick and his husband on their second honeymoon had a visit to Hawaii and over there they experienced unique chocolate flavors and wanted to share it with the world!
A chef knows how to prepare a dish for their customer but as a product the dynamic changes and to be sure that the world will embrace a product like Capoloku, Ryan reached out to Iaculus.
We were more than excited to work with them, and help them achieve this goal!
To help spread and accept culture through food and flavor!
That Was The Goal
We wanted to use food, mainly chocolate with adventures flavor as a medium to better express culture and make people more aware about what the world has to offer if you are open to it!
To merge what people crave and look for with what we want to convey! We focused on creating a brand identity and packaging that looked premium with adventure and cultural markings but make it accessible and affordable.
To make adventure accessible and link it to curiosity and leave people wanting more and to explore further! That was our main objective, to use these rich and exciting flavor to build curiosity and alignment with culture. To tell a story without words!
With our initial soft launch the acceptance rate was 73 percent, and was more than what Rick expected, but more than that 93 percent of people were curious and open to building their pallet or gifting it to someone they knew and explore further.
